Our Commitment

TemporaryQR is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Key measures we have implemented include:

  • Semantic HTML5 landmarks and headings for screen reader navigation
  • ARIA labels on interactive elements (tabs, buttons, form fields)
  • "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout the application
  • Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for normal text
  • All QR images include descriptive alt text
  • Form inputs have associated labels
  • Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query
  • Mobile-first responsive design tested at 320px viewport width

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

  • The QR code preview image is generated client-side; screen readers will announce it as an image with a generic alt description
  • The scan analytics sparkline chart in the management page is currently not conveyed to screen readers beyond a basic role="img" description
  • Third-party ad content (when enabled) may not fully conform to our accessibility standards

Technical Specifications

TemporaryQR relies on the following technologies for conformance:

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 (including media queries)
  • JavaScript (ES2020+)
  • WAI-ARIA 1.1
